Recommended pilot bonus: US$25, converted to the recipient’s local currency using the payment provider’s exchange rate when the bonus is processed.

How it works

Complete your Cureris expert application and receive a unique reference such as CAE-2026-000127.
Share the personal application link generated from that reference.
Your friend applies through that link and completes the normal independent assessment.
If the referred person is accepted onto an eligible project and completes their first 20 approved project hours, the referral becomes eligible for payment.

Pilot bonus

The base bonus is US$25 per qualifying referral. Where supported, Cureris pays the local-currency equivalent based on the rate applied by its payment provider on the processing date. Bank, wallet, tax or conversion charges may affect the final amount received.

Important conditions

The programme is free to join and does not guarantee work or payment.
The referred person must be new to the Cureris network and use the referral link when applying.
Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, false identities, spam and paid applicant solicitation are prohibited.
Referral does not influence assessment, selection, rate or project allocation.
A bonus is earned only after the stated qualifying event is verified and the project is designated referral-eligible.
Availability and payment methods may vary by country. Cureris may substitute an equivalent permitted reward where cash payment is restricted.
Participants are responsible for applicable taxes and providing accurate payment information when requested.

No dashboard during the pilot

Candidates do not need a login dashboard during the first two-week pilot. Their unique CAE reference is used for application confirmation, communications, referral attribution and status enquiries. This avoids unnecessary password-security and identity risks while the operating model is being proven.
